Organic Chicken Nuggets

Chicken Nugget



1 lb. Chicken Breast

1 cup of Italian Bread Crumbs

½ Tbsp. of garlic powder

½ Tbsp. of Himalyn Pink Salt

¼ tbsp. of cracked black pepper

¼ tbsp. of oregano

2 large eggs

¼ cup of milk

1 cup of Grapeseed oil

Time: 25 min prep and 35-45 min cook time.


Use organic products when possible.  Crack the eggs into the bowl, add milk and stir together.  Cut up the chicken and add to the egg mixture.  In a separate bowl add bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir up the dry ingredients.  Pour the oil into the pan and put on a medium heat. Allow 10 min for the oil to heat up. Dip the chicken pieces into breadcrumbs to cover completely and place in the pan. Turn over each nugget to ensure it is golden brown on all sides.  Place on a plate with paper towel to absorb excess oil.

My secret is not walking away while cooking.  Other oils to cook with would be safflower, coconut, almond, flax seed, peanut and olive.  Make sure it is safe for high temperatures.
