Scrambled Eggs with Spinach and Cheese

Pasture Rasied Eggs



3 pasture raised large eggs

6 organic baby spinach leaves

1 pinch of organic shredded cheese

1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt

1 pinch of organic black pepper

1 pat of grass fed butter or ghee

Prep time: 5 min

Cook Time: 3 min


Crack the eggs into the bowl, add cheese, salt, pepper and whisk together. Heat pan on medium heat, place butter or ghee and allow melting. Pour eggs into pan and add spinach. Stir with spoon or spatula turning the eggs over, cook to desired fluffiness.

Butter or ghee can be substituted with organic coconut oil.
