Steak Salad



8 oz. Organic Spring Mix

2 oz. Organic Cranberries

½ Tbsp. of Himalayan Pink Salt

¼ tbsp. of cracked black pepper

½ Red Onion

¼ cup of Sunflower Seeds

1 diced red heirloom tomato

4 oz. steak of choice


4 oz. Avocado Oil

2 oz. Red Wine Vinegar

1 tbsp. Minced Garlic

Time: 15 min prep.


Sear the steak on all sides in a skillet on medium high heat with butter, salt and pepper to season. Cook until the center is medium rare is preferred. Well done beef kills the nutrients in the meat.

Place spring mix, cranberries, chopped onion, diced tomato in a bowl. Mix avocado oil with the red wine vinegar and garlic. Slice the steak and add to the salad. Pour dressing on the salad, toss to cover and add sunflowers seeds to garnish.
